I'm looking for a water based polyacrylic to cover a wood measuring stick I created for my daughter. I have acrylic paint pens for marking her age, so polyacrylic would be perfect for protecting it but also being able to paint over in the future. However, I'm having a hard time finding a VOC-free version. Do you have a product that will match this need? View answer

I have an old wood dresser and live in San Francisco. The humidity is usually around 50% and our dresser and clothes in it have started to smell a bit funky. I tried cleaning it with vinegar and leaving it outside but the smell is still there. Do you think one of your products will seal in the smell and probably mold spores in the dresser? View answer

Can I use Acrylacq on vinyl plank flooring? View answer

I noticed one of the other odor sealers on your site said not to use it over oil-based polyurethane, but the Acrylacq description didn't say that specifically. Does the Acrylacq work well over oil-based polyurethanes? I am chemically sensitive and would love to be able to buy 'normal' finish furniture and just put a coat of this over the top! View answer

We have a plain, flat black wooden headboard that we have had for 11 years. Most of the time it is fine but occasionally there is a faint musty odor coming from it. It has never been wet, we keep it clean, and would like to keep it. Is there a non glossy, clear coat we can apply (no VOCs) which will help seal the wood and eliminate the occasional odor? hi there! looking for some clear (matte or invisible) sealant for indoor, in/exterior of clay pots. I live in an awful mildewy building, and the mild/mold is so bad I think it's affecting my plants. and me obv!! it's for houseplants not edibles, but I'm sensitive to VOCs. this doesn't sound like what I'm looking for, but any other products fit that bill? I bought AFM SafeCoat AcriGlaze a while ago for a different project I decided not to do. I was wondering if I can use this as a sealer substitute over kitchen cabinets I painted. I want a matte non-toxic sealer for the cabinet doors so they can be easily wiped down when cleaning. Will this product work? Will spills and splashes easily wipe off with this? View answer
