For installation in a bathroom and in order to make in waterproof, the instructions state to apply a polyurethane sealant on expansion joints. Are the expansion joints considers the outside border of the floor (against walls) or is this everywhere the planks meet? How do you apply the adhesive to ensure it is waterproof as the instructions don't answer this? View answer

The installation guide recommends a glue-down installation in high-moisture situations and areas that get direct sunlight. I'm hoping to install this in a kitchen with a skylight, however theres already a glue down cork floor in the room (solid, fairly level, but surface is beyond repair). Can I install this cork floor as a glue-down on top of the existing cork floor? Or is it ok to float? If yes to gluing, what adhesive is best? Thanks! View answer
