50 year old cinder block basement, leaky and damp. Fixed gutters and backfilled around the house, now there's no water leaking at all. Have a dehumidifier and blocks look much better. Would this be a good replacement for epoxy on top of a slab, under a vapor barrier and engineered hardwood? The slab is fully dry (poured 2 years ago) and has a properly taped Stego vapor barrier so it should get minimal to no vapor.
