It probably depends on what the condition of your deck is now? Is the deck revive chipping up or is something else going on to make you feel like your previous application has run its course?
What is the process of re-treating the deck in approximately 4-6 years after applying Deck Revive the first time? Do you simply add another coat of Deck Revive or does the old need to be removed first? Gulf Synthetics DeckRevive Wood Stains & Sealers
