Small deck. One kit plenty for two applications. So could we use half this year and save the other half until needed again (maybe 3 years?)

That will not work. The activated coatings, once mixed, have a approximate 14-day pot life.Some good news though, with proper preparation of the substrate, proper application, and proper care, we believe the system will last up to 10 years (this is based on what we have heard from the manufacturer and end user experiences).
