Would this be a good replacement for epoxy on top of a slab, under a vapor barrier and engineered hardwood? The slab is fully dry (poured 2 years ago) and has a properly taped Stego vapor barrier so it should get minimal to no vapor. I just want to slow any additional vapor that might try to evaporate into the flooring. View answer

50 year old cinder block basement, leaky and damp. Fixed gutters and backfilled around the house, now there's no water leaking at all. Have a dehumidifier and blocks look much better. our walls were painted with PPG paint and now I am getting a skin rash from the off gassing. saw that the can had a warning about this. a preservative called KAPHON is in it and through allergy testing I am allergic to this. Do you have a product that would seal this in and allow me to paint it with a similar color that's non-allergenic? it's not the odor that's the problem but this chemical that is being used wide spread as a preservative. Hi! We have new drywall and are going to use the clay paint on the walls. The construction manager said we need to use a primer and sealer before painting. Since the clay paint is self priming, can they use this as the primer and sealer? If not what do you guys recommend that is breathable. The house was treated and gutted for mold and we want to make sure there is not condensation behind the walls from using a non-breathable paint or primer/sealer.We heard clay paint has natural anti-fungal properties.
