Per the product spec sheet, https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/c... , it states, " PermaBond is an extremely aggressive bonding agent for use with Gulf Synthetics products DeckRevive, DockRevive and Concrete Revive. ". So no, it is not meant for use under standard paint.
