Hi! We have new drywall and are going to use the clay paint on the walls. The construction manager said we need to use a primer and sealer before painting. Since the clay paint is self priming, can they use this as the primer and sealer? If not what do you guys recommend that is breathable. The house was treated and gutted for mold and we want to make sure there is not condensation behind the walls from using a non-breathable paint or primer/sealer.We heard clay paint has natural anti-fungal properties.
