- In general, were you satisfied with our products or service? How could we improve?
- Was our advice useful in selecting products? (or would you prefer to be left alone?) If so, how?
- Were we knowledgeable about our products? Or, if we did not know, did we find the answers to your questions adequately and in a timely manner?
- Is there a specific product or service you wish to comment on?
- Was our customer service satisfactory, i.e., ordering, shipping and delivery, invoicing and returns?
- How could we improve our customer service?
