I am looking for a non-toxic waterproof sealer for an outdoor wood table top. The wood might made of Cambia Poplar or Cambia Maple. A clear product that brings out the depth in the wood would be preferred. If I used the PolyWhey product is there another product that can be applied over it that would provide a satin sheen? What would you recommend? View answer

Hi we had a recent remodel and recycled cedar panels were used for trim. However, I am highly allergic to mountain cedar and need help without tearing it down. Do you have a oil based polyurethane for indoor use that would seal this cedar to stop the allergens? Thank you View answer

I recently bought a board game organizer and it's made of High Density Fibrewood (HDF). It has low amount of formaldehyde and I want to seal it for protection from that as well as a nice finish. I read the finish is sticky. Not sure that would be ideal. I want the finish product to be clear and hardened. But this is particle board the safe seal is my only choice? View answer

I have a solid wood birch desk, it is finished but the grommet holes are not. I have sample of soft seal and hard seal. I know soft seal is not recommended on solid wood, but hard seal is? Would it be ok to use hard seal to protect these grommet holes or would I need to get sample of polyureseal bp? Which smells more? View answer

Hi! I run an eco-friendly Etsy shop and I'd like to make earrings out of cold porcelain air drying clay as opposed to polymer clay but I need it to be waterproof, what products would you suggest? & Would I be Dipping the clay "charms" in the sealant or would brushing be better for my purpose? I want to paint and seal some acoustic ceiling tiles in the bathroom. The paint will be water-based. Will Safecoat Hardcoat adhere to this painted surface? If I have to choose between painting them and sealing them as is (I believe they have already been painted or coated with something as they are white) I will just seal them! Thank You! View answer
