Hello, I'm looking to install marmoleum in a condo. Our building regulations require a 1/2" cork underlayment plus 1/8" isolation foam material beneath all hard floors. The base floor is concrete. Would it be possible to install marmoleum on top of these? Thank you! View answer

Getting ready to install the Marmoleum Click we received yesterday. In those areas where the panels must be cut to fit around obstructions or can't be angled in, Forbo's instructions call for shaving down the groove side of the panel and to use "wood glue" to substitute for the click mechanism. They don't specify what type of "wood glue." Am I free to use the "Titebond II" indoor/outdoor wood glue that I have on hand? One video that I found recommends using vinyl adhesive caulk, which gave me some cause for concern. Thank you in advance for your response! View answer

I am thinking about getting new flooring. I need the top stiff enough that wheels from a wheelchair, office chairs wheels, walker wheels will not sink down making it harder to roll over. I would like cork underlayment under to make walking and standing easier on your joints.
