Also if that summer home is not kept conditioned in the "off months" with heat/cooling, then you should not use the Cinch Loc anyway as it's not meant to be used in an area that is not kept up with temperature and humidity control which is stated also in the installation guide: "The ambient room temperature should be at least 68 degrees F (20 degrees C) and the ambient relative humidity between 50% - 60%."
