I am in Canada. I know you don't ship marmoleum here. Could I get a sample box though? And I am very sensitive to any smell so dismissed this product in my current Reno. In a few years I will need to replace some more floors. So linseed oil and cork are smells I react to - does the smell really go away and after how long? And you really don't need to do anything to maintain it? Or how do you maintain it. Thanks for what you do. View answer

I'm considering the click floating floor for my main floor rambler. Does it require a layer of something prior to putting it down? I'm a little confused on this. Also, I'm seeing that appliances should not be put on top of this floor, rather flooring should be installed around (stove and fridge)??? View answer

I'm looking for a flooring solution for my short term rental (Airbnb) in Wyoming. This is my first winter in the house, and the humidity is constantly reading 24-26%. Although I'd love to offer the luxury of a hardwood floor, a floating Marmoleum floor seems to make the most sense for the dry air, traffic, cleaning, etc. Any experience with Marmoleum in the dry northern Rocky Mountain region? I'm also considering Kahrs engineered, but wood seems very risky. View answer

What is the Top Finish made out of that we come in contact with? I understand the Linoleum is natural and does not have any plastics and no VOCs! Which would be why I'd buy this product. But the topical finish is polyester and has some VOCs correct? Do we have any products that do not contain any Top Finishes that have VOCs or contains any form of plastic or harsh chemicals? Does the Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc make a clicking or tapping sound when walking on it? I have looked at floating vinyl plank floors and don't like the sound they make, even when backed with cork or foam. In the past, we used original Marmoleum squares glued on a concrete floor and it was rock solid for 20+ years, but this will be on a newly built OSB floor and we'd prefer not to glue. Thanks for any advice! View answer
