I recently purchased a custom camper-van conversion. It has lots of wooden cabinets that were built with plywood and then finished with paint. There is also a wooden ceiling and wooden countertops that were stained. All the products used were water based but it has a strong toxic odor. Would this be the right product to use to abate the off gassing? View answer

I have a small home office in my garage. The bottom 10 inches of two walls are concrete, which has been painted over in a high quality standard white paint. 3-4 months after construction and after many days of ventilation, the office still reeks of fumes when the door has been closed more than an hour. I have isolated the smell to the paint on the concrete. While it is very dry to touch, it has moisture coming through the porous concrete. I stumbled upon your product and want to try to seal the smell. What product is optimal for ending off-gassing in this case--over paint which is over concrete? View answer

Hi, I have a couple questions. One is this considered a resin at all? Two I have cabinets that someone paint over with no primer the paint looks good and I don't want to redo but if your nail hits it it's peels easy. Would one of the products works to seal it to prevent the paint from coming off? Thank you View answer

I'm installing new carpet in a bedroom that is located above an attached garage, there is old carpet glue on top of the subfloor. I'd like to use something to seal in any past pollutants that's made its way to the subfloor and any future ones from the garage. Would this product work over old carpet glue on wood subfloor and under new carpet? View answer

What finish do you recommend for keeping pine floors as light as possible? Our 110 plus year old floors are old growth pine that show their nails (from being refinished too many times, by previous owners.) We would prefer to keep the light honey color of pine, and avoid too much darkening while at the same time preserving these antique floors, with a repairable finish if possible. View answer

I have a raw wood countertop and I love the light wood color and do not want it to "yellow" when sealing it. If I get the 5% white stain, will this compensate for the "yellowing"? Also, when applying the stain, will it darken if you overlap when applying it? for example, when i applied one of your darker stains on another counter, one coat was perfect, but I had to do some touch-ups and everywhere i touched-up was extra dark from the stain overlapping. Is this the same with the lighter colors? View answer

I live in a house that has a cement basement and on the outside it looks like limestone. I want to paint the bottom 2 feet of my exterior house (looks like limestone) with a cherry brown to bring out the colors to the rest of the house. This will make it look really nice as the house has a faded touch to it. I kind of dread painting it with a paint brush so I'm looking for advice on what to use? View answer
