We are looking to apply a natural penetrating oil to our floors. We're concerned with the application process involving a buffer. We have 2 x 120 sq ft areas, a smaller 60 sq ft area and 2 small hallways (6'x3'); we don't think that using a full size floor buffer will be very easy in small spaces.
