Is this the best product to prevent cracking on Bamboo poles? I purchased Vermont Natural Coatings, Exterior, Penetrating Waterproofer and applied to Bamboo poles. I sealed outside and inside of Bamboo poles. but it did not prevent cracking after I put water inside the Bamboo pole. Thus, I'm looking for a product:1) Strong waterproof sealing that prevents Bamboo poles to absorb water.2) Prevents cracking on Bamboo poles. I would be appreciated if you give me the answer.
