Hi! My mom is having her basement redone and she has copd as asthma. She is very sensitive to smells and so I recommended your caulking to her. She said she loves everything about it except it contains titanium dioxide which is bad for her breathing. Is this true? If so, how does titanium dioxide affect someone with respiratory issues? Is there a safer caulking you can recommend? Thank you. View answer

Is there better pricing for 12 of the AFM SafeCoat caulk? View answer

I am planning to fill in a relatively deep and wide gap between a concrete porch and the front door of the house. (It is currently covered over with duct tape.) The DIY recommendation seems to be "backer rod plus caulk." The home owner asked me to use clear caulk, which is one reason I am looking at this product. Am I understanding the product restrictions correctly, that this will not adhere to backer rod (because it is a type of plastic?) Thank you. View answer

I am planning to use earth weave carpet and padding. Do you recommend AFM SafeCoat 3-in-1 adhesive for installation of that carpet? The installers we have spoken to use a more toxic adhesive that I'm not comfortable with. They said the alternative would be to use no adhesive but that it could result in bunching. I'm hopeful that this AFM SafeCoat would be a better alternative. Any advice you can provide is appreciated! View answer

Hi,I am chemically sensitive, and have use M1 a lot throughout the last few years, I love it. Looking for probably M1 would work the best I am thinking. For sealing around the bottom of my new HVAC Air Handler that is mounted on a return wood box. So it would be painted medal to Hardwood Plywood. Could I use Nova link 35 this time instead? Or, another eco friendly preferably No VOC? Thanks, Dale View answer

Hi. I just moved into an apartment where the laminate wood vinyl flooring wasn't installed well in terms of they used an inadequate adhesive. Therefore when it gets hot they come apart and rise up. I just need to glue them back down with something that is permanent, bonds quickly and stays bonded, easy to apply and eco friendly. Would this be a good solution or the other one in the tube? Thank you. View answer
