Yes you can use EcoLacq over the MetalCoat Primer. Unfortunately, EcoLacq is ONLY available in a gallon size.
Can I use EcoLacq over the SafeCoat metal primer? Can I the EcoLacq in quarts? AFM SafeCoat, Ecolacq, 1-Gallon Paints & Primers
