Does the concrete paint have a granular texture. I read that paint on concrete can be slippery unless a sandy component is present.?

The AFM concrete floor paint does not have a granular texture.However, the Ecos Interior Anti-Slip Floor paint is a high-performance, non-toxic, zero VOC paint for interior wooden or concrete floors that IS slightly textured to provide a non-skid surface. Note : only interior. If you want something exterior, then we have nothing textured.
