Hi, so this mold inhibitor is like to put on my osb and studs prior to installing fiberglass insulation and 6mil vapor barrier . I'm on Mn. Now I want it to be breathable and not trap moisture. Do I have to use the afm transitional primer ? It's non breathable..

The manufacturer of Caliwel recommends the use of AFM Transitional Primer over OSB because the high pH causes a reaction that can increase the odor of the OSB. Transitional primer does not allow water to penetrate, but it does allow moisture vapor, which is much smaller, to penetrate through.
