Concrete Floor paint will contain emissions on par with the AFM Safecoat zero VOC Paint in eggshell at 94.6%. Safe Seal is not meant for flooring or other surfaces you will see/touch.
Does AFM SafeCoat, Concrete Floor Paint block formaldehyde emissions? At first I was looking at AFM Safecoat Safeseal to put on part of the concrete floor to seal in formaldehyde, but that's only for plywood type surfaces apparently. But I liked that one because it blocked/sealed formaldehyde 100% and was very low VOC (around 22). AFM SafeCoat, Concrete Floor Paint Paints & Primers
