I have put up paintable wallpaper in my kitchen. I painted it with a pearl metallic water based paint and didn't notice the cancer warning. Now I am wondering if I get your AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP could I brush or roll a coat of this on to seal off the other paint and be able to wipe down any splatters with only 1 coat? I need to seal in the off gassing from an IKEA particle board kitchen cabinet that's got melamine foil on the outside and plastic edging. Would this product be the best or would another product work better? It also needs to be durable and provide a waterproof barrier against atmospheric moisture (it's in an RV) and water spills from the sink that's above it.
