1. Poly BP can be used on solid wood or plywood. It's normally used on floors because it has the best abrasion resistance out of all the Safecoat sealers, but it also has the best encapsulation strength. Using it on the interior plywood would be overkill in terms of the durability needed, but you can do it if you like.2. Hard Seal can be used anywhere that Poly BP can. It does not have as much abrasion resistance, It is still very good as a dresser finish, either directly on wood or over painted wood. It has a glossy finish.3. I would not recommend Safe Seal on solid wood. It is not a finishing sealer, and when dried it is not as smooth as Polyureseal BP or Acrylacq. It also does not offer much abrasion resistance. I'd only use it on plywood on the interior of furniture. It sticks well to porous wood like plywood, and has a matte finish. The encapsulation of the Hard Seal and Polyureseal BP is similar (Polyureseal BP is a small percentage better) so either would work on the outside of the dresser.
