My air handler closet has OSB to ceiling and wall. Air samples came back high for cladosporium and aspergillus. Can I paint this directly to the OSB or do I need to apply AFM Safe seal and/or AFM SafeCoat Transitional Primer before Caliwell? View answer

Do you have to keep the house closed up for a prescribed amount of time before the non-HVAC air collection? If so, how long? And does it indicate concentration (whether it's a normal amount or a water-damage-amount)? Is it the same as air-sampling? Do you have discounts for multiple kits?
