Question: Does this damage grout?We used to use 3% hydrogen peroxide to bleach our grout, and it basically ate the grout away. Will this product do the same thing, only slower? Or does it not dissolve grout?

Question: Will this remove epoxy grout haze?
Answer: It is not said to be used for that. See if you can find Bostik Blaze�?�Urethane Grout Haze Cleaner online. That is made for it.
Question: Does grout smart cleaner need to be diluted?

Question: Is this product safe for septic systems?
Answer: This would be safe for a septic system. We would recommend using another product that we carry called Pro-Lab One Flush Septic & Plumbing Energizer Concentrate. Item number 3870 on our website. This will remove more in your system like protein, starches, fats and paper.
Question: What's the best product to use to get grout off of the drain guards and the restaurant floor?
Answer: Grout Smart is an excellent cleaner for grout and is used by major hotel chains because it cleans normal dirt, restores and brightens. Also, the hydrogen peroxide, If left for a few minutes will (according to the CDC) kill 99.9% of all bacteria too. It's non-toxic and NSF registered. Made with hydrogen peroxide, surfactants and a tiny amount of orange oil.If, however, you are trying to remove excess grout haze, this may work too depending upon the type of grout and the amount left on the surface of the tile.

Question: Can I leave this on longer? I did it for 10 minutes, then scrubbed with brush 3 times with some stains remaining. ( diluting 1 part to 5 parts water) Thanks
Answer: Hello Julie,I wouldn't recommend leaving it on for more than 10 mins per application. The dilutions are just recommendations as a starting point and can always be increased depending on the severity of the stains.
