At first I was looking at AFM Safecoat Safeseal to put on part of the concrete floor to seal in formaldehyde, but that's only for plywood type surfaces apparently. But I liked that one because it blocked/sealed formaldehyde 100% and was very low VOC (around 22). View answer

Hello! This looks like a great product for our garage floor. What would you recommend for the garage walls (and basement walls)? They have not been painted in decades, have been known to get damp (even wet after heavy rainfall). Would you recommend sanding first (with what product), then priming (with anything in particular), and then painting?
