I would like to paint the concrete walls of my basement egresses white. They have some mildew I can't get off with the cleaners I have...what should I use as paint, and how should I prepare the walls? There is a bit of a plastic canopy over the egress, but not sealed. water and air gets in (I won't paint the floor of the egress). Thank you! AFM SafeCoat, Concrete Floor Paint Paints & Primers
