Would this be a good replacement for epoxy on top of a slab, under a vapor barrier and engineered hardwood? The slab is fully dry (poured 2 years ago) and has a properly taped Stego vapor barrier so it should get minimal to no vapor. I just want to slow any additional vapor that might try to evaporate into the flooring.

Concrete floor paint is a durable and aesthetic coating but is not a vapor barrier. If you are already using a vapor barrier, then you don't need another unless you want extra protection. For that, we recommend our GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer which is a non-toxic long lasting deep penetrating sealer. Your concrete must be clean, dry, neutral pH, free of other sealers and porous.
