Hi, would this work for installing commercial carpet tiles on a concrete basement floor? The tiles are rubber backed. The basement is in a raised ranch so partly below ground but not wet. Would leveling compound need to be used first? I am looking for a low VOC and odorless (as much possible) adhesive since I am highly sensitive to chemical smells. Thank you. View answer

I need a water based matte polyurethane/sealer to keep my floors in tact from cat urine (I know gross, old sickly cat) I have some concrete self leveler applied to one area and osb wood in other spots. I'm looking for a job toxic water based solution that will hold up on floors. Also we are going to be doing hardwood floors and looking for a water based solution for that as well? View answer

If the cork flooring is truly waterproof why do you need a moisture barrier to install over a concrete basement floor? I would be concerned that I would be trapping moisture underneath the floor rather than letting it escape. This escaped moisture would then be sent out using a dehumidifier. I just want to make sure I'm not creating another health risk my trapping the moisture. View answer

Hi! I have gunstock oak in my new home. Sadly, it's stained different colors in different rooms. It has a natural golden finish in one room and a ore finished reddish stain in another. I want to have all of it sanded and stained a dark chocolate brown. I like brown that has more pink or chocolate undertones. I do not like grey browns or green browns. What would you suggest?
