Hi, can this product be used on top of an oil-based gloss to prevent off-gassing. We would prefer to not have to sand any of the gloss off Incase it emits more harmful VOCs?

De-gloss the surface with a light sanding first and then apply the AFM Transitional Primer + 2 coats of AFM Zero VOC paint to contain the off-gassing. If this is not done, the primer may not bond properly and may eventually peel off.
