Wow, you sure have a lot of paints to choose from. I want to coat some interior brick masonry with a neutral Navajo-type white semi-gloss. Trying to select both a primer and finish coat product. One gallon each should do. it's a pretty small area, about 100 sf. Want to minimize outgassing, have chemical sensitivity. Recommendations? View answer

Our basement is approximately 900 square feet of concrete flooring. 200 square feet is old linoleum, 12x12 square tiles, flat color with no finish or wax. The tiles were applied with black adhesive probably in the 1950's. Can your product be applied to the linoleum and adhesive and cover the linoleum without having to remove these tiles? Will the the concrete and linoleum areas wear evenly? It is a low traffic basement. View answer

So, according to your installation guidelines, your surface prep instructs "If water drops fail to penetrate quickly, surface may need additional attention to create proper surface profile." Unfortunately for us, our garage floor was sealed, 20+ years ago, and still holds up quite well repelling liquids. This space will specifically be used for living area. I've done a LOT of research, and it seems the acid etch will not be sufficient to create a proper surface profile. Can you verify that my only option would be to use a concrete grinder to adequately prepare the floor surface for application of this product? Thanks! View answer

I have an exterior wood sign I want to paint. If I use the AFM Concrete Paint would that stand up better to the elements than the normal Exterior Satin paint? I live in Arizona, so abrasive sand winds are a thing I deal with, and the sun/heat. What would help me get the most life out of a painted sign? View answer

I would like to paint the concrete walls of my basement egresses white. They have some mildew I can't get off with the cleaners I have...what should I use as paint, and how should I prepare the walls? There is a bit of a plastic canopy over the egress, but not sealed. water and air gets in (I won't paint the floor of the egress). Thank you! View answer

I am trying to clean up some residue drops on a concrete slab from where spray foam insulation was sprayed overhead. We are staining the concrete with acid stain and so all of the foam residue needs to be removed or the finished floor will show spots in it. Will the 600GL or 540PM product work for this application? I feel I need you to address the fact that this contains NMP a little more clearly...even Lowes will not carry NMP based paint strippers due to concerns about toxicity and yet it is the main choice on your site when there are alternatives. Why is this the product you opt to carry? View answer

We have old wallpaper to remove. Just spoke with Joel and he recommended this product. I now see that some older reviews mention that the product is not very viscous and that it's difficult to use on vertical surfaces. Is that still true for the latest, current version of the product? If the product is painted on the walls, with regular paint brush or roller, will it stay on long enough to do the job? View answer
