ECOS' website states the filler powder must be sealed with their filler sealer before priming and painting. Your description of the filler powder does not mention this. Does the filler powder need to be sealed with filler sealer before priming?

We do recommend you spot seal over the ECOS Drywall Spackle. This can be done with any topical sealer or primer that we do sell. As virtually any primer or sealer would work over this product we have chosen to not sell the super-niche ECOS filler sealer on our website.
