I am building an outdoor dining table that will be under a large canopy on a patio so it won't be exposed to direct rain, snow or sun. The frame is heat-treated pallet lumber and the top is reclaimed lumber with some of the boards affected by dry rot (I'm chiseling out the dry rot).I�d like to use as natural products as possible for the finish. I will likely paint the frame / legs and I'll like to put a clear, satin finish on the top. A couple of specific questions:1. I have installed pressure treated wood as the beams beneath my kitchen. The beams are at least 24 inches above the ground and have been treated with afm safe coat safe seal or hard seal I'm not sure which. But I had an allergic reaction to the wood chips that got on my sweater and am considering replacing the wood with pine. Would this product be correct for that?
