Absolutely not! This is made up of tiny glass beads, not made to be walked on. It's application is meant for a wall, or ceiling, or roof to reflect infrared radiation. If you want a cooler deck surface, paint with a lighter color (dark colors absorb heat, lighter colors reflect heat)
