I have a raw wood countertop and I love the light wood color and do not want it to "yellow" when sealing it. If I get the 5% white stain, will this compensate for the "yellowing"? Also, when applying the stain, will it darken if you overlap when applying it? for example, when i applied one of your darker stains on another counter, one coat was perfect, but I had to do some touch-ups and everywhere i touched-up was extra dark from the stain overlapping.
