I am currently building an enclosure for my Bearded dragons, the entire inside of the enclosure will be covered with sanded grout and will need to be sealed. I understand this product to be low odor and no VOC when applying. But my concern is when exposed to my 75 watt heat lamp will this product leach chemicals or fumes over time. I have a basement with a poured concrete floor and block walls. I also have a radon issue. Radon mitigation has been installed and is providing good evacuation of the air under the slab BUT i believe that the unsealed block walls are "leaking" enough air to bring some radon into the space.
