Can this sealer be used after acid staining or after a waterborne acrylic stain (such as Smith's Color Floor)?
Green Building Supply, Penetrating Concrete Sealer
Smith's Color floor claims to applicable over sealed surfaces, but is not compatible with Methyl Methacrylate or penetrating (e.g. sodium silicate) sealers. I would assume an acid stain would need to be neutralized (with baking soda?)

Unlike topical sealers that sit on the surface and rub off with wear and tear, GBS Penetrating Sealer protects from inside the material where it can't wear away. In other words, this sealer actually becomes part of the substrate. Because it penetrates the concrete via the pores, it cannot be applied over any other sealers or coatings.
