Can this be used on the outside of concrete water troughs being used to grow aquatic plants? All sides of troughs are 3 inches thick. The concrete is fiber reinforced, unsealed and porous. The objective of sealing from the outside would be to reduce permeability/slow down water loss through the concrete. The sealer failing over time is not an issue for me.
