I previously used clear caulk to prevent water from soaking through the bathtub/shower grout, but it molded pretty badly. I removed that caulk and now need something that will prevent the water from soaking through and damaging wood within the walls. Will this product, Safecoat Grout Sealer, do the trick? View answer

I have moisture coming up from my concrete slab and wetting my carpet. I read in another's question of the correct product to use and how it would need to be used on a raw untreated floor. So my question is, when I pull my carpet and padding back how will I tell if the concrete is raw or untreated or not? Thank you Mrs Testa View answer

Hi - I created a new birdbath out of concrete that has imprints of leaves on the inside. I want to seal the birdbath including the inside that will hold the water. Is there a sealer that I can use that will be non-toxic to birds? I understand that the PH will be high on fresh concrete and that there are products that can reduce the PH of the concrete before sealing it. Will that be necessary before using the sealer? Although the birdbath is large (~ 2 x 2.5 ft.) I believe that I don't need a full gallon of the product. Can I get it in smaller sizes? Thanks, Steve View answer

Hi, I'm staining my concrete floors in my basement. I have fixed some small cracks w something called quick Crete. Then sanded them down, next I will stain. Is this an appropriate sealer given I am staining and repairing the concrete first? The concrete is fairly smooth, I would like the floor to be waterproof and to protect my floors while giving a nice light sheen. Is this the right product? If not what would you recommend? For sealing granite, I see you don't carry Aqua Mix Sealer's Choice Gold as they use microban which is an antimicrobial. Would you recommend this product as an alternative as I see they don't use microbes (Aqua Mix Penetrating Sealer-non VOC formula). Would this work for sealing granite countertops in a kitchen? I have a business making and selling outside garden boxes and planters. I am well pleased with the Safecoat Dynoseal and would like to expand the use of it for most of my product. Is there a possibility to get a better price on the gallon and five gallon price and/or free shipping? View answer

Hello. What is the best product to seal ceramic / porcelain kitchen tiles and grout. I need it to be as non toxic as possible with no sheen. Kitchen floor space is about 144 sq ft. Tiles are 17.5 x 17.5 with 1/4" grout. So how much of the suggested product would I need? Thanks? View answer
