I have a wash and pack room on my small organic farm. The floor is concrete and needs to be sealed. It gets a lot of traffic daily and at least one day per week can have water on it for several hours while we wash vegetables (not underwater). The floor needs to not be slippery in any way. Is the Green Building Supply, Penetrating Concrete Sealer what I should use? I also have a walk in cooler with a concrete floor (insulated underneath). The exterior wall of our basement has been leaking for a few years when it rains. Black mold is appearing. This is not a dripping situation inside our basement but just a damp one.
