I'm curious about the recommended two coats. I intend to use the primer on all my surfaces mostly drywall that's been painted or ceilings which have been done with drywall and a skim coat. I have done some filling of holes and sanding as prep. The finish has worn off due to faulty cleaning, and is now off-gassing. we'd prefer to not change the floor entirely.
