Sorry, we don't offer any primers for wallpaper as they are all water-based which will not work well with most wallpaper.
I need to paint over wallpaper and have used oil based primer with success. I have developed chemical sensitivity and cannot use it. Will this primer prepare the wallpaper for paint? SAMPLE - ECOS Wall Primer Paints & Primers
