Why can't I order a sample of Forbo Marmoleum Real: Violet 3270? I can get samples for all the other colors, but that is the one I think I like best. Is there something wrong with the order sample button on that page. It looks like it's working, but doesn't add anything to the cart. View answer

I have a basement wall that is damp but at one time the wall was coated with a thin plaster and then painted. Over time the dampness of the concrete has caused portions of the wall to crumble. Must I remove the remaining plaster and paint before painting on a penetrating sealer? View answer

I have brand new outdoor travertine decking by the pool. My husband wants to seal it. I explained to him that I had a reaction to sealer on travertine Before where it game me chills. I was reading that some of those chemicals can affect your central nervous system. I'm concerned because I have two small grandchildren and I know they won't be wearing shoes fresh out of the pool. Is there any non-toxic products you recommend to seal outdoor travertine? View answer

I need to attach a stone sink to a wood vanity. Because the sink is natural stone, I was instructed to use 100% silicone for this project. Will this product be the best match for this purpose? Also, what would you recommend to ground the faucet to the sink top? Thank you! View answer

Around how long might it take to cure/seal/dry a wood countertop? This is important as I need to know if I can keep the family from using it for that long in the kitchen! For example, I've had a can of Monocoat sitting for months because I can't make the kitchen off-limits for the required 6-something days. View answer

Would this be the best primer for a closet with particle board walls? The closet is in my one-year-old's room so I want to reduce formaldehyde exposure as much as possible. And then, what kind of paint would you recommend over it or would peel-and-stick wallpaper (the kind that isn't supposed to leave residue) work? View answer

Would you recommend the sheet flooring vs the click panels for installing on stairs? We have a small landing and basement staircase we'd like to redo with Marmoleum, and we are hoping to install ourselves. If you have advice about adhesive, sealant, and underlay (if needed for sheet installation), that would be great! Thank you. View answer
