Yes, AFM HardSeal is the only product that we offer that *might* work towards this purpose. Samples are recommended for testing first to make sure there is good adhesion, you may need to lightly sand the vinyl in order to create teeth for the HardSeal to bond onto. PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell vinyl, we do not support vinyl, we do not test on vinyl, so this is uncharted territory. TEST FIRST.
