I tried cleaning the mastic off of my concrete floor with 2 coats of Blue Bear but can't get it off. Would this be suitable as a primer to help paint adhere/last? Also, my paint is Safecoat brand. I have a small home office in my garage. The bottom 10 inches of two walls are concrete, which has been painted over in a high quality standard white paint. 3-4 months after construction and after many days of ventilation, the office still reeks of fumes when the door has been closed more than an hour.
