Hello,This is not a silicone based caulk.If you are looking for a non-toxic silicone caulk that performs well in bathrooms and kitchens I would recommend the Durasil caulk.It comes in white and translucent. Please keep in mind Durasil is not paintable, where as the AFM caulking compound is.
