Is this slip proof for dogs? We currently have laminate and have been recommended luxury vinyl to reduce dogs slipping while standing and regular walking but I would prefer a less toxic solution such as cork as long as it will still help my dogs stand and walk comfortably without sliding on the floor. I am considering putting down DynoSeal on a concrete slab, and then Quiet Walk, and then floating hardwood floors. I believe that DynoSeal is still tacky when cured. Will Quiet Walk work over the DynoSeal for this application? Secondly, will it be a problem if the concrete slab is quite cold, but the ambient temperature in the room is over 60 degrees? I build custom recording studio furniture, mainly desks. I'm currently using solvent based stain and a pre cat lacquer spray for the finish. I'm looking for a new approach that can be applied faster, and doesn't require the loss of brain cells (even with a respirator I can smell the lacquer as I spray).
