AFM Safecoat Concrete Floor paint can be used on concrete floors or walls. However, it is not designed to prevent moisture intrusion. If there is a water problem from beneath the subfloor or the exterior walls, they should be sealed first with our GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer. This product will soak deep into the concrete and permanently seal moisture out. Once full dry after a week, you can then paint the surface with the Concrete Floor Paint. This product is tintable to most major brands of paint. Two coats are recommended. No primer is needed, but the floor needs to be clean and dry.
