I have a some questions concerning your GBS Penetrating concrete sealer. I want to use it on a basement floor that has some areas that were ground down to make it level. It also has some areas the were patched with a concrete patch. Do I need to etch the concrete where it was ground and patched? Also how long can it be stored? I want to order it now when it will not get cold during shipping, but I plan to apply it on my basement floor later this winter. I can store it so it will not get cold and the basement room will be heated as well. Thanks , Julie View answer

Order Murco 100 joint compound still exist as I do not see it in your store. I do badly with regular joint compound in the past. Severe reactions / do you have a product like that. I have IgE allergy to phthalates and have purchased AFM flat zero Vo paints etc. from you before but do not know re if you have a joint compound that might work also?Thanks Karen View answer

We made the mistake of priming with an oil-based primer and are now concerned about off-gassing. Would it be recommended to re-prime with your transitional primer, then apply the topcoat? Or can we just cover the oil-based primer with multiple layers of your topcoat? Thanks! View answer

I purchased dynoseal safecoat to use for interior sides of pressure treated (pt) raised garden beds. But says should be covered with elastomeric coating. Can I use roofguard for this? Also, can I use both dynoseal and roofguard for the bottoms and side of new pt lumber? Pt lumber is supposed to dry before being treated, but I won't be able to access the sides of the boards in contact with the ground or covered in dirt inside after they are built. The installation instructions state "Existing wood planks, engineered wood boards, OSB panels, drywall elements etc. must not be covered with PE foil acting as a vapour barrier. The area below the floor should also be sufficiently ventilated in an adequate way (back-vented skirting board) to maintain the equilibrium moisture content of the wood planks, engineered wood boards, OSB panels, drywall elements.".
