I'm interested in buying this product, but there will be a few places that only 1/2 of a tile will fit, such as next to the cabinets. Will I or my contractor be able to customize it to fit? Also we aren't able to remove the baseboards so can I caulk the space between the edge of the marmoleum and the baseboard? Yes to both your questions. Be sure to keep the requisite expansion gap (3/8" per side) around the edge of your floor as your caulk.
