We just had a mahogany deck installed. We would like to protect it and ideally preserve its reddish color rather than have it go silver-gray. We want to use a non-toxic product. What would you recommend? How frequently should we apply it. This deck gets a lot of sun exposure. View answer

I am looking for some moisture protection on my new interior maple wood sills, with the purpose being better able to keep plant pots on them without water damaging the wood. 1) How helpful would this product be if the plants are in terracotta pots? 2) Can it be applied over your hard oil # 9? I have raw wood paneling in my kitchen and know there will be food, water, and grease splashes. I want to protect the wood and keep a clean home. The paneling is floor to ceiling including behind the sink and stove. There are areas, of course, that will not receive as much splash but I feel like it would be good to protect the whole space with the same product, yeah? I think I still want the wood to be able to breathe since it is 200 sq ft of the home. What do you recommend? View answer
